All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for products purchased, as they are health-related items for which we can no longer validate their handling or exposure. Certain items may come with a manufacturer's warranty that will clearly outline the terms and conditions for replacement or servicing on the manufacturer's website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All issues, such as defects or damage, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product to be eligible for resolution.

Red Fife has been making a comeback in the artisan baking community and is known for its complex taste, non-hybridization, and high gluten content. It is also known to be Canada's oldest wheat variety.
We have chosen Red Fife as our All-Purpose replacement flour because it is high in protein but slower gluten development therefore more resilient to over mixing and avoiding dense muffins, cakes and breads.
Our Organic Red Fife is grown by one of our incredible farmers Marc Loiselle in Vonda, SK. Marc’s farm is multi-generational and has been in operation for 115 years. He and his family are passionate organic farmers and take pride in the quality of their products.
