A few simple courtesies that help every NFR, massage, and Bio-Feedback appointment run smoothly — for you and for the client after you.
Please note: we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change your NFR or massage therapy appointment.
If you are late, you are charged for the time booked, not the time received.
Payment is due the day of your appointment, or interest charges will be applied.
Remember to confirm your appointment when your reminder email arrives, to avoid an unexpected cancellation.
Parking is available on the driveway, not the street.
Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, so as not to disrupt another session.
Please note there is no waiting room available for children or spouses during your appointment.
