Shipping Policy
We're based in Cochrane, Alberta, and offer the following ways to receive your order.
In-Store / Local Pickup
Free pickup is available directly from our Cochrane location. You'll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within approximately 10km of Cochrane. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free local delivery; we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery time.
Shipping Across Canada
Orders outside our local delivery area ship via Canada Post at live checkout rates based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by service selected.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order is on its way.
Items Not Available for Shipping
A small number of products — currently our Bone Broth — are only available for local pickup or local delivery due to the nature of the product, and are not shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect — see our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
