Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made from Alignment Health Services, whether in-store or on our website https://alignmenths.com. It is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for products purchased, as they are health-related items for which we can no longer validate their handling or exposure. Certain items may come with a manufacturer’s warranty that will clearly outline the terms and conditions for replacement or servicing on the manufacturer’s website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Time Frame for Reporting Defects
All issues, such as defects or damage, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product to be eligible for resolution.
